Mosaic on the Riverway

The first of its kind in Boston, this project of 85 units contains 43 market rate units and 42 affordable units. Never before has a project in Boston contained such a high percentage of affordable units, making it not only a groundbreaking venture from Roxbury Tenants of Harvard and the Traggorth Companies, but also providing much-needed housing in the Longwood Medical Area. Mosaic is situated in leasehold land and is comprised of land subject to the requirements of Land Court Registration and land outside of the requirements of Land Court Registration, making it a unique legal challenge.
