Joshua T. Ribner

Joshua T. Ribner joined Gilmartin Magence LLP in 2007 and was named partner in 2022. He is a 2000 graduate of New England School of Law and a 1997 graduate of Hamilton College. Mr. Ribner is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and represents buyers, sellers and lenders in the acquisition, financing and sale of residential and commercial property. In addition, Mr. Ribner advises clients on entity selection and formation in connection with their acquisition projects.

His practice also includes representation of developers through the phases of condominium conversion and unit sales ranging in size from two to over three hundred units.
