Nicolas Munoz joined Gilmartin Magence LLP in 2025. Nicolas received his Bachelor of Science from Florida State University and received his Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law. Nicolas is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and concentrates his practice in residential and commercial real estate matters. Nicolas has represented buyers, lenders, sellers, and developers through various stages of real estate transactions.

Nicolas is a member of the Boston Bar Association and the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts. Nicolas is also fluent in Spanish and has completed and assisted real estate transactions in Spanish.
