Rocky Leavitt

Rocky is an associate concentrating his practice on condominium law and residential conveyancing. He has represented individuals, private companies, non-profits, developers, and institutions. In addition to representative matters, Rocky has experience with review of complex title abstracts and frequently appears before the Massachusetts Land Court. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern Maine cum laude, and his Juris Doctor from Massachusetts School of Law. Rocky is admitted in Massachusetts and to the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Rocky is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts. Rocky also serves as a member of the Andover Planning Board.
