Shannon N. Moore

Shannon N. Moore joined Gilmartin Magence LLP in May of 2016 and was named Partner in 2026. She is a 2012 graduate of Providence College and a 2015 graduate of New England Law | Boston. Mrs. Moore serves on the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Bar Association and is a chair of the Registries Section.

Mrs. Moore is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and concentrates her practice in residential real estate matters, representing lenders, buyers, developers, and sellers in the financing, acquisition, development, and sale of real estate. Shannon also represents developers through the phases of condominium development and conversion, and has represented developers in projects that range in size from two units to over one hundred units. She has also represented clients in commercial real estate matters, including the negotiation of loan agreements and the preparation and negotiation of corporate enforceability and other opinions.
