Yitz Magence

Managing Partner

Yitz Magence joined Gilmartin Magence LLP as a partner in February of 2000 and manages our Newton office. He is a 1981 graduate of Washington University School of Law and also has a degree from the IT Research Institute in Jerusalem, Israel.

Yitz concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate law and secured transactions. He has been a guest lecturer for the title insurance industry, the Massachusetts Bar Association, and is a contributing author of its volume entitled How to Handle a Residential Real Estate Closing.
