Alloy

The first for-sale component within the massive Assembly Row neighborhood in Somerville, Alloy will contain approximately 109 residential units and is developed by Maryland-based Federal Realty Investment Trust. Alloy is part of a primary/secondary condominium regime with a hotel component and retail space. The project is also a part of an overall Declaration of Common Easements, Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions and required detailed drafting of condominium documents to seamlessly integrate the requirements of the overall Declaration with those easements and restrictions within the Alloy secondary condominium.
