25 Beacon / 6 & 7 Mt. Vernon Condominium

This project, developed by local development team Sea-Dar Construction, consisted of two single-family homes and one separate building with 6 residential units and 2 “ancillary” units, which must be owned by one of the 6 residential units. This created a unique opportunity to utilize a primary/secondary condominium approach. This not only accounted for the unique needs of the two single family homes compared to the separate multi-unit building, but also allowed for use of a shared garage underneath a portion of the land.
