GM represents Boston Residential Group LLC in the condominium development and sales of this 54-unit condominium located in Boston’s historic Back Bay neighborhood. This landmark building was designed by architect Frank Gehry. The project involves a complex interplay between primary and secondary condominiums, as well as entities such as the Boston Redevelopment Authority and the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority.
