The Belclare Wellesley Condominium

GM represented The Noannet Group on the preparation of condominium documents and unit sales at this mixed-use project in Wellesley at the old Wellesley Inn site. Principal of The Noannet Group, Jordan Warshaw, is no stranger to condominium development, having managed development of other large condominium projects in Boston. GM is honored to have worked with The Noannet Group on this high-profile project for the Town of Wellesley, which contains a blend of luxury condominiums, inclusionary housing units, and retail space.
