Harlow Howard / Kasanof Homes

Two separate projects managed by Nuestra Comunidad based out of Roxbury, each project is unique. Harlow Howard is a 4-unit project consisting of all market rate units and Kasanof Homes is a 16-unit project consisting of all affordable housing units, with the right for the developer to phase in additional units at a later date. Both of these projects show the expansion of the downtown Boston market into neighborhoods not generally known for an influx of new construction for-sale residential units.
