Longwood Towers Condominium

A development endeavor for Arcapita, Inc., GM handled the condominium conversion and unit sales at a turn-of-the century apartment building in Brookline containing nearly 280 units. In addition to the conversion and unit sales, GM sent formal tenant notifications to approximately 220 tenants pursuant to Brookline and Massachusetts law and is working with the Town of Brookline to coordinate designation of the affordable housing units at the condominium.
