Berkeley Investments has tapped Gilmartin Magence again for this 100 unit project in Somerville. Gilmartin Magence is handling the unit sales for this existing building that was used as rentals since its construction back in 2016. This project has its own unique complexities involving the City of Somerville Removal Board, which requires specific permits authorizing the sale of condominium units upon the conversion from apartments to for-sale unit.
