One Dalton – Four Seasons Private Residences

Poised to be one of only a handful of cities in the world with two Four Seasons hotels, Boston will welcome this project in 2018. Developed by Cambridge-based Carpenter & Company, One Dalton will be comprised of a Four Seasons Hotel, approximately 180 residential units, and retail space. Among other ventures throughout the world, Carpenter & Company developed the Liberty Hotel and the Westin Boston Waterfront hotel in Boston. This complex primary/secondary condominium regime involves coordination among lenders, investors, and the Four Seasons Hotel to create a new level of luxury lifestyle in Boston.
