GM handled the condominium development and sales of this mixed-use condominium conversion designed by Philippe Starck in Charlestown’s Navy Yard for The Carlyle Group and Draper and Kramer, Inc., based in Chicago, IL. We also delivered the required legal notification to more than 300 existing tenants at the project in accordance with state and local statutes.
