Siena – Ink Block

The second project for Newton-based National Development, GM is handling the unit sales of approximately 76 residential units. After the massive success of Sepia, enjoying a complete sell-out well in advance of obtaining a certificate of occupancy for the condominium, National Development hopes for similar success with Siena. This single-tier condominium regime is part of the overall Ink Block project, containing a Whole Foods and other shopping and retail components in the vibrant South End of Boston.
