St. James Place at Porter Square

GM represents Acorn Development in a mixed use, multi-tier project consisting of an historic Church and new construction mixed-use building on the same parcel. GM successfully navigated complex drafting issues around amending and restating an existing set of condominium documents and creating a new set of primary and secondary condominium documents. GM is also handling all unit sales at the project.
