This exciting new mixed-use development in downtown Boston is comprised of approximately 168 residential units (including units designated as affordable housing) and one commercial unit. New York real estate development company Fortis Property Group selected GM to handle drafting of condominium documents and representing Fortis in connection with all unit sales at the project.
