Joe Fallon, Principal of The Fallon Company, selected GM to consult with and advise The Fallon Company on preparation of condominium documents and to handle all residential unit sales at his mixed-use project on Fan Pier in the heart of the burgeoning Seaport District in Boston.

As the first project registered in Massachusetts under the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act, GM is proud to have been a part of this groundbreaking project both in the residential sales community and legal community in Boston.
