Winterberry

This interesting development by New Hampshire-based Stabile Companies, is a condominium comprised of single-family homes in Plymouth, Massachusetts. Winterberry is part of the larger Redbrook community and Gilmartin Magence was tasked with crafting condominium documents that are both legally compliant, but also consistent with a project that is designed as a single-family home development. After the success of Stabile’s project Wincrest in Stoneham/Wakefield that Gilmartin Magence handled, Winterberry is looking for a similar sell-out.
