Craig P. Gilmartin

Craig P. Gilmartin is the founding member of Gilmartin Magence LLP, and was formerly a principal of Apostolica, Gilmartin, Donovan & Donovan in Boston. Mr. Gilmartin concentrates his practice in legal areas relating to the acquisition, development, financing and sale of real estate, including condominium development.

Mr. Gilmartin was raised in Levittown, New York. He is a 1978 graduate of Boston College and a 1981 graduate of New England School of Law. Mr. Gilmartin has been a guest lecturer for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Service, Inc., and is a contributing author of its volume entitled Handling Residential Real Estate Transactions in Massachusetts.

Mr. Gilmartin is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New York.
