This 16-unit project in Roxbury contains a mix of both market-rate and affordable units. Managed by Crosswind Enterprises, Inc., this project will be constructed in the former Bartlett Station Massachusetts bay Transportation Authority terminal. Part of a larger overall development, Bartlett Station is subject to an overall Declaration of Easements, Covenants and Restrictions that required Gilmartin Magence to thoughtfully consider not only the project’s legal obligations within this Declaration, but handle it in a manner so as not to chill unit sales.
